check with a friend of mine and this is what he said.
Well it looks like a single barrel side draft carb to me. It could be off anything. A lot of English and Europian cars used side draft carbs. SORRY I couldn’t be of more help.

My hubby says it's a carburator , maybe from a chev 350 or a ford 390
