It looks very much like "goofus glass" with the cold paint gone. I have seen this pattern a lot but I do not know the name of it.

When I need help identifying china piece I always seem to find the in http://www.replacements.com Sometimes can take me awhile to find my piece, but they have never not had what I was looking for. Always have it.
