For Tubby Puppy.. links CAN be clickable. You just need to use HTML.

I don't know if this has been mentioned but thought this ay be of help to Ewanna in making a image clickable to the item in your booth.

It's ---> Stealth Marketing & Other Tech Tips compiled by Tom Wayne! from Bonanzle forums, he sure put in a lot of time and effort for us Bonanzler's, thank you Tom Wayne1

I have used it to do exactly what Ewanna wished, I have used it on Craigs List.

The link is: http://www.bonanzle.com/forums/7/topics/17385.

I hope this helps.

PS: Would be nice if links were clickable in these post ?

My interest in photos is simply to take better pictures of my sales items. I have a Mac and use ADOBE PHOTOSHOP 7.0. I don't know much about photoshop other than what I need in getting pictures in to sell. My camera, I even know less. Than is the one I really would like to learn more about using. An OLYMPUS Camedia. Again i would like to learn pretty much just what I need in the promotion of an item. Hope I can get some info on that.

thanks

I use HP Photosmart Essential 3.5 for my pics.

I love this program. It is downloaded to your pc. Plus its 100% free to use.

When you take pics from your digital camera or scan them on to your pc you then can edit/crop, adjust lighting, remove red eye, organize them.

Works with Windows XP and Vista

Copy and paste the link I have added. I can't seem to get this link clickable to access the website. Or google Check for HP Photosmart Essential 3.5

Ewanna, I thought we had answered your question already... but now I see you were asking a somewhat different question than what we answered. Sorry.

In order to make a picture clickable, you need to - as Roy has said - create a link between the image and the URL of the listing.

The first thing you need is the syntax defining the image. It typically looks like this:

< img src="url" />

The URL points to the location where the image is stored. An image named "7120250.jpg" for example has the URL: http://www.datazap.net/sites/pgaa/ee/adverts/7120250.jpg

Once you have that, then you need to surround that line of code with the linking information - a bit of code before.. and a bit of code after.

The code to link to that picture above would look like this:

< a href="http://www.bonanzle.com/booths/Encore_Ephemera/items/PATEK_PHILIPPE_Geneve_Chinese_Watch_AD">

then you add the img link shown above, i.e.

< img src="http://www.datazap.net/sites/pgaa/ee/adverts/7120250.jpg" />

and ALWAYS remember to close the code with the </a> command.

See if that helps you. If you need more information go to the W3 School located here

http://www.w3schools.com/htmL/html_images.asp

where you can get better examples and a better tutorial.

Actually what I'm looking for is how to make a picture (any sinlge pic) take you directly to the site where the item is being sold. For example if I put the pic of one of my Bonanzle items in my blog on blogspot, I want people to be able to click on the pic and be taken directly to that item in my Bonanzle booth.

Stitch Your Images The Easy Way

Have you ever wondered how people "Stitch" two or more images together to make it one picture?

An article by Robert E Bull shows you how - using either "Paint" or a free program called "IrFan View"

It's actually quite easy once you have done it once or twice.

Read the article by clicking here.

Ewanna, I believe you are talking about photos that appear either in the slide show on the home page of TBN, or on your own My Page here at TBN.

Unfortunately, I think it is a shortcoming of Ning that you can not put a link in the picture itself... you have to put it in the description of the item itself.

When you click a picture in the slide show, Ning takes you to the actual picture on the submitters My Page. To get to the item on Bonanzle itself, you need to have a link in the description.

It has nothing to do with either Picassa or Photo Bucket... or any other photo software.

If someone smarter than me has a solution, we'd all love to hear it.
