Just wanted to let everyone know that we have set up a new group for antiques/vintage business intelligence on Bonanzle.

It's a closed group so we can protect info but any antiques/vintage seller is invited to join. We'll be sharing information like page views, sales information, google analytics data to gauge our personal performance on the site. Check it out here http://bonanzle.ning.com/group/antiquevintagebusinessgroup.

The old riverboats used to have steam whistles like this also.
About 2 yrs ago I got a chance to ride on one going down the Mississippi River. Passengers were also allowed to pull the boat whistle.
It had 2 of them both a deep horn type sound as well as a high sounding toot.

Well, here we go. Another place for me to write about my Antiques! Can I copy and paste? LOL...I am on so many new sites lately, I forget to book mark. I think this is going to be great.

I'm interested in finding out more information on this whistle-horn. I'm thinking that it would be best to sell them as one piece with the original steam pipe connector but I'd like to hear any advice.

It's just a beautiful piece of history....
