How is Everyone doin In the Vintage categories?

I'm trying real hard to be upbeat and positive and patient and all those things that make us happy people. But it is getting discouraging to be not only not selling, but not even getting many looks and absolutely no offers..............

I'm just curious if it's because I need to bathe, or is it my pricing, or do I just have everyday junk out there?

Hi Rita,

I sell a few things in the vintage category. Mostly I sell new items in gifts, collectibles and home goods. I did some time this morning doing a bit of research on a couple of your items. I am not an expert in this area. But, I think at least two of your items are a bit high. I did some like item searches on the bay and google. I would also work on the wording of your ads to be more specific and to add as the first few words of your listing your chosen search keywords I.E. Vintage 1930 Brochure. Are you sending your items out on google? Sometimes, when I have a special item, I research collectors and send them pics and a link to my listings. I think it is definitely different to sell vintage. Try to put yourself in a collectors position. "He looks online once in awhile. He does generic type searches." Think about what words would he search for.

I hope this helps you. I've been selling pretty good on Bonanzle. But, all of my sellers have come from outside sources. We will definitely get to the point where people will check with us first or second. We are not there yet. But, we will be. Now we are getting buyers from searches. Keep that in mind when setting up your advertisements.
